These terms govern your use of this website and any inquiry or engagement you begin with Marla Daye (“I,” “me,” or “the creator”). By submitting the contact form or contacting me, you accept these terms. A separate written agreement governs any paid engagement and controls over these terms where they differ.
I offer TikTok Shop affiliate content, monthly retainers, and usage & add-on licensing. Starting rates and package details shown on the site describe typical engagements; actual scope, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed in a separate written agreement for each campaign.
I am a TikTok Shop affiliate creator. When content I create includes affiliate links, I may earn a commission on sales generated through those links at no additional cost to the shopper. This is a material connection between me and the brands featured, disclosed in accordance with FTC endorsement guides. Brand partnerships and commission rates are negotiated per engagement and confirmed in writing.
Performance figures shown on this site — including gross merchandise value (GMV), follower counts, view counts, units sold, and return on ad spend (ROAS) — reflect past results as of the date noted and are provided to illustrate prior performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Results for any specific product or campaign depend on many factors outside my control, including product fit, pricing, demand, ad spend, and market conditions. I do not guarantee specific sales, reach, or conversion outcomes.
Any testimonial or endorsement shown reflects the honest experience and opinion of the person or brand cited. Some reviewers may have received compensation or complimentary product in connection with their engagement, disclosed where applicable. Testimonials are not a promise of similar results.

My total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that engagement under its written agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in or nearest to Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas.
I may update these terms from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
